Let the season
set the table.
A full seasonal feast, wine, seasonal fruit teas, cordials and Dark Skies Coffee. Jake introduces the provenance of the ingredients. A recipe, a tincture or something from the land goes home with you. Food is foraged from the hedgerows and woodland, grown in the kitchen garden and polytunnel, or sourced from producers in Galloway and Southern Ayrshire. Dates for the next evenings are being set.
The suggested minimum contribution is £75, all inclusive, supporting the work of Naturally Smart Group CIC. Dietary requirements can be discussed in advance. Dates and availability will be confirmed before booking.
